Welcome to our On-Line Application Website

This Apply On-Line section of our website provides eligible participants (members of the Academic Senate or Senior Management Group who have been nominated to participate in the UC Home Loan Program), the convenience of applying on-line to expedite the loan application and final loan approval process.

A password is required to apply on-line, and must be obtained from your campus representative. If you have not yet received your password, please contact your Campus Housing Programs Representative.

In addition to applying on-line, you also have the flexibility of printing the initial application forms required to process your loan and, once completed, faxing or mailing them to our office. Our calculators and glossary sections offer a variety of loan financing tools and lending terms to assist you in the home financing process.
